Belwaffel
ENG. This is the first location of Belwaffel. A waffle house that had been a small food truck for many years in the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco. The task was to build a fast and cheap place that would get the initial investment money back quickly given that the location is a rented plot with a short lease. The result is a completely open space, with a double height ceiling to protect the staff and the clients as much as possible with as little as possible from the harsh desert climate in Los Mochis. The waffles and all the ingredients are made there everyday in front of the clients in the large bar where the purpose was to have a friendly and young atmosphere.
ESP. Esta es la primera ubicación de Belwaffel. Una casa de waffles que había sido un pequeño food truck por muchos años en la ciudad de Guadalajara, Jalisco. La tarea era construir un lugar rápido y barato que recuperara rápidamente el dinero de la inversión inicial dado que la ubicación es un terreno alquilado con un contrato de arrendamiento a corto plazo. El resultado es un espacio completamente abierto, con un techo de doble altura para proteger al máximo al personal y a los clientes, con los menos recursos posibles, del duro clima desértico de Los Mochis. Los waffles y todos los ingredientes se elaboran allí todos los días delante de los clientes en un ambiente juvenil y relajado.
